Dave's Ices is an unlicensed street trader. He is a severe nuisance around Compton blasting out his tune at illegally high volume.
He also uses his loudspeaker after 19:00 and multiple times in a road both of which are a nuisance and illegal.

We need your help, by reporting Dave's Ices to West Berkshire Council we hope to get some action from them to deal with this predatory ice cream sales man. We need as many people as possible to report Daves Ices and to do this every couple of weeks.
You can report him for excess volume but that's difficult to prove if you do not have a sound meter.
Other things you can report him for are:
1. Using his loud speaker after 19:00.
2. Using his loud speaker more than once in the same road.
